It is getting extremely hard to make appointments or to speak with anyone. Everything goes to voicemail and calls not returned in any sort of a timely fashion. If not for Courtney, we would consider going elsewhere. Courtney does a fantastic job.

Jeff was my technician. I had some concerns that I expressed to Jeff, he listened those concerns. After servicing the car, Jeff came to the waiting
room, explained to me what he found, and possible remedies. Whenever I
have service done in my vehicles, I always request Jeff. Jeff is very good at what he does, and very polite and professional. Jeff is a valuable asset to Sunshe Toyota.
