Courtney was pleasant, as usual. I was disappointed, however, that it took 2.5 hours just for an oil change. I was on time for my 9:00 am appointment, but my vehicle wasn’t ready until 11:30. That’s an awful long time for a scheduled oil change. No other complaints though. The people and environment are great.
