The communication was terrible! At 4:55 I went and asked if my car was done after being there three hours. They informed me they would need my car overnight. I don’t have a second car. They then offered a loaner. Said my car would be done by noon. I called at 1:00 still not done. After 2:00 still not done. I called again and car was ready at 2:45.

Made appointment a month ago. I arrived at 1 50 for my 2 00 appointment. After signing the agreement Korey said it would take almost an hour. 1 hr and 35 minutes later it was done. He gave me the excuse that they were short staffed. Why do you schedule to many appointments knowing your short staffed? Very poor management?

It’s really annoying to get back into my car and have everything turned on and adjusted as if someone just took it for a joyride instead of someone pulling it into a service bay. Cooling seats on, seat adjusted on every level, mirrors, radio. What the heck!
