On top of all the other negative feedback I left they were supposed to call me and let me know they were bringing my car but they didn’t. Luckily I passed my car on my way down there so I didn’t miss exchanging cars.

Honestly, the customer service was great this time around. I had experienced poor customer service last year so the last two service times I went all the way to Kalamazoo’s Metro Toyota. Improvement was noticeable

Second time I brought my vehicle in for a recall and the service was not completed requiring me to bring the vehicle in a third time. The service was prescheduled. When I arrived they had miss scheduled it for the month prior. They still got me in for the oil change and tire repair but we’re unable to complete the recall due to not being able to connect to download the update. Not happy!
