The staff were great. We bought the 4Runner 7 months ago from you for $30,000.00. Brought it in for routine maintenance and I never expected to hear of the $3,500.00 worth of work it needs. The video led me to believe there was a serious leak so I asked to talk to Jake the mechanic. It took a while but he did come out and explained in more detail that it was not actually dripping but damp around the seal. This was a relief to me however I’m still disappointed in the amount of work needed after such a short time off the lot. Lesson learned. Thank You

We went in to talk to them about noises we were hearing and schedule an appointment. My husband thought it was a brake issue and the man agreed. He took it right in and they checked it out and a while later someone came out with a video on a tablet of the mechanic showing what was found. Fronts were OK, backs needed work. Repair was then completed and we were on our way. Have always had good service at this location.
