I was surprised they chose to recommend not rotating the tires after 10,000 miles as they stated the tread wear was fine. I always thought it was a good practice to rotate on a consistent regular basis. The invoice layout is confusing to interpret of the labor charges for rack maintenance item performed. I also asked if they had washed my vehicle and the answer was yes we did! However it was NOT washed! My vehicle had been washed after every previous service appointment over the past year! I called afterwards to let the service staff know I was not pleased! It always seems the interaction with staff is so rushed and does not allow much time to discuss my questions and interpret service being performed.

I called three weeks ahead of my appointment asking specifically for them to replace the broken passenger heated seat button. When I arrived it seamed they had no idea I wanted that done, and then the part is out of stock. It was the biggest and only reason I came in for service and you couldn’t preorder the part? Why? It was very frustrating and now I most likely won’t have you fix it because you didn’t listen the first time.
