There is a deep scratch on the side of my van located on a freshly painted/replaced panel that was not there when the van got dropped off. There was a huge greasy foot print located on the passenger side floor. Also wife requested for you to look at which tire pressure sensor was damaged and that was never even completed. The panel that is scratched will need to be fixed my body shop, I will forward you the bill for the correction of this issue. Unacceptable!

Car unknowingly remained on after I thought it was turned off while in my garage after the oil change and tire rotate. The aux battery ran down and car would not respond in any way until I put a jumper to it. This period was approx 5-10 minutes. It should start today & if it does perhaps the tpws will reset. If not, I will need to jump it and take it in to your shop. Wish me luck

Your service folks are great. No issues there. But it took 1.5 hours for a scheduled oil change, which seemed a bit long.
Sunshine is the only Toyota dealership I trust to be honest with me about both sales and service. As long as that doesn’t change I will continue to come back… even if the oil changes sometimes take longer than expected. ????
