I was worked to get my oil changed and tires rotated before I leave on a trip. I called 2 weeks in advance but the schedule was tight. The notice telling me about my needing new filters came after someone (not Courtney) said my car was all set. The person didn't mention anything about needing filters and claimed my car had been washed, which it had not. Then someone else called while I was driving home, thinking I was still there, to ask about the filters. They said not to worry about it, as did Courtney when I called from home after looking at the photos showing animal nests. It seems like someone could have walked over and discussed with me rather than assume I had received the photos. I sat for almost 2 hours for an oil change and am now unclear if I need to return before the next oil change.

The chairs in lounge are old and very uncomfortable for short people or someone with back problems. They must be at least 10 yrs old and sink in the middle.
