Communication is lacking! We were there for a key programming for our second key, was to be a 45 minute appt. They decided to do the tonneau cover recall fix at the same time but did not tell us they were doing that, 2-1/2 hours later they drove us home and brought our truck back to us an hour later! We would have made other arrangements if we would have known it was going to take that long! This is not the first time I have been there for an extended period of time without any kind of communication!!

He said that he would be given us a quote on tires, but didn’t. He also asked us if we wanted them to change the rear wiper and a light bulb…. We said yes do both, we were charged for the light bulb, but not the rear wiper blade, so we didn’t think it was done.

When I finally left the dealership, I was 8 minutes short of a 6 hour experience. I had an 8:15 appointment, and didn’t get the recommendation for 3 hours, then almost another 3 hours to resurface rotors, which did not correct the issue.
