Korey was great but I have had multiple issues the past few times I have brought my 2023 Highlander.
Had to return 3 times within a single morning after 10,000 mile oil change because of oil alert light light not properly deactivated.
Literally no one seemed to know how to do it.
Had a part of the luggage rack needing to be replaced and came out and sat for 40 minutes only to be told it was the wrong part ordered.
Korey was ver good and apologized, but I am left to feel the service area is struggling and not the caliber that it once was.
I will use the service once more before making a decision to continue.

You should keep a manual transmission as a loaner car. I’ve driven one for 50 years. Automatics are uncomfortable to drive.

Courtney is great, always friendly and professional. But, you charge way too much for a windshield wiper arm, $180 plus $45 for blades. Can't imagine the cost if there is a real problem. You should treat your loyal customers better. Maybe have a "loyalty price" for people who get all of their services done through you.
