Everyone was polite and professional. I had a question about something on my car's dash screen. Before I left, an employee looked at it, explained what the problem was and corrected it. It's nice having a Toyota family.

A new key fob was ordered which did not function (apparently not tested before releasing the car to my husband). I had to make another trip to the dealer to for a fix. it could have been avoided by checking before releasing the car. Just a little blip. It was fixed promptly.

Service writers were nice and thorough. Only complaint was I don’t believe they even checked my tire pressure during oil change and tire rotation. My tire light was still on.
