There was good things and poor things about my service experience. The final product was very satisfactory, loved how clean it was, appreciated the kayak rack all boxed up in the back. (Sorry I forgot about it!) I didn’t appreciate how freaking long it took (43 Days?! I would have like to have had advanced notice about the potentially long wait) I didn’t get updates from Sarah until I complained, but after she was very good at it. My rear view mirror malfunctioned for three days after I picked it up, but it started working by itself . All in all, I HATED the wait, but in the end it was a great job. Thank You Sunshine Toyota.

I did not have an appointment. My vehicle was not serviced on July 14th. I am not sure why it states it was serviced. I was no where near Sunshine Toyota on July 14th. This is a not correct. Please update my records. Very disappointed over this information and stating something was done to my vehicle when it was not.
