Finding what parts need to be ordered. Because they are not always on hand at the dealership. Ordering the parts that will take a week or so to come in and at that time I will be contacted to setup an install date.

I saw they parked my car outside and I know it was ready but nobody told me anything or received a text, I asked somebody else about my car,and that person went to check inside and said Ms Angela Mancilla went to lunch and nobody new anything about my car. So I was there for more than 30minutes waiting in vain. My car was ready but nobody told me anything until I asked.

I’ll be there in a day or two to talk to the service manager, always trying to blame the problem on the customer instead of working with them. Technicians taking responsibility for something they screwed up. My last 3 vehicles I’ve purchased from y’all and it will be the last due to the service department.

I scheduled an appointment to have the tires rotated and have a large piece of plastic (looks like PVC) removed from the rear passenger tire. They rotated the tires but said they didn’t see the problem. I just assumed that it had worked its way out, but when I got home, I realized that it’s still there in the tire. So now I have to reschedule an appointment to bring my vehicle back in. Doesn’t seem like they tried very hard.
