Angela was nice so nothing to do with her. But we had a problem with the highlanders hood being bent and bowed even when latched. The service technician made it seem like we hit something or we got the vehicle this way which is not the case. We have been in no accidents and I bought it brand new from LC Toyota, this just randomly happened and is getting worse as I drive it because of the wind getting under the hood which is what is making it bowed up. In our opinion this is a warranty issue that needs to be addressed since there is no accident involvement. The service manger didn’t come talk or explain anything either. Just looked at me and turned away when Angela told him what vehicle I was for. I was told to go find a body shop. I understand if the work can’t be done there because you don’t have the means, but it felt very “leave we aren’t doing it no matter if we did have a way to”
