Came in for coolant exchange , windshield replacement, and trim gasket. 4 hours to change a windshield? Remarkable. Confidently, forgot to do the coolant exchange. Now I have to come again to have that done when I scheduled it all for the same day. Top that, they didn't put my antenna back on and had to return to retrieve that. 1st dissatisfaction I have had with you. Sorry it happened.
