You guy's are having some issues.I have never been there 2 hours to have my truck serviced.I noticed more service advisors and the same amount of techs. Michael did a fantastic job as always. Please fix the wairing time issue because I have the most confidence in LC toyota which is why I've been shopping here since 2012.

In our initial phone conversation to schedule the appointment, I told Angela that my low oil light kept coming on, and she told me that my vehicle was not due for an oil change, but instead a tire rotation. She asked me if I wanted it done but never mentioned what the cost was or that there would be a cost involved at all. When my husband returned with the vehicle, the oil was changed (which she originally told me it was not due for at this time) and the tires were rotated and they had charged him $30 for it which she never once mentioned I would be charged for. My husband could’ve rotated my tires at home for free bc he knows how to do that. I feel that any cost involved should’ve been disclosed over the phone initially before agreeing to it.
