My Costa sunglasses were removed from the case and replaced with cheap ones. I noticed the substitution as soon as I got in my car because the case was zipped and I always leave it open. I let the manager know immediately and am waiting to hear back after the cameras have all been reviewed. Very disappointed in this as I have always left them in my car when it’s serviced and have never had any problems. By the time I left this evening I had spent over 2 hours there so not the best afternoon.

While traveling, our tundra suddenly showed us some confusing warning lights. We made an appointment for the next morning from our hotel in Lake Charles. Matt quickly addressed the issue and made us feel at ease. He was very compassionate, competent and professional. He set us up with a Toyota rental (Tacoma), as a part had to be ordered for the fix, he even suggested a restaurant or two. He contacted us when the truck was ready and explained everything.
