When I first arrived and asked questions regarding an alert with my car, she was very short as if I was bothering her and she left my car running and went back inside after asking me to get out of my car. She was nice when I was picking my car up though.

Every time we go to Toyota for service, there is some Miss Hamp that the technician seemingly forgets. When they work on my wife’s car tires, they never put the valve caps back on. I have to pay $90 for my oil changes and every time that happens, the technician will leave a trash cup to drain the oil from the filter and leave the trash cup embedded in my engine. These occurrences have happened several times well Toyota if you know us by our name, can you at least get the job right so from now on when I go back I will lift up the hood. At the drive up to see if everything is OK under my hood.
