I asked for my car to get inspected and he asked me to get my insurance and registration I told Him it was already ready for them on the passenger seat… when I went Pick up my car when they let me know it was ready at 5:15 and my sticker was still expired they did not inspect my car and change the sticker now I have to take my husbands truck to work and husband has to now take my car to get it inspected at another location. I did Not ask about it when I picked It up because I was Already on I 10 heading home to lake Arthur when I noticed the sticker was still the same one and by that time it was past 5:30 and y’all were closed

Brought my truck in to have the ac checked out, small leak in system. Charged me $634 dollars just to put dye and charge the system back up. Did not fix a damn thing. Then I was told they had to draw a vacuum on the system, why would you do that if in a system that’s leaking. Just add what you need to it. There is no need to screw someone over no more than you already have. Needless to say I left with the same problem I brought it in far. I’m done with Lake Charles Toyota. Treat people like you would want to be treated and you wouldn’t need to send these surveys out.
