The only complaint I have is that my tire did not arrive on or before my appointment date and I drove 45+ miles to have my tire replaced. No one told me that the tire would not be available. Through my tire insurance I was given a rental car until the tire arrived and then it was replaced. However, I had to pay more money in gas because I had to make another round trip back to the dealership to pick my car up. So through someone’s mistake of not having the tire ordered I time and/or not contacting me to let me know it wouldn’t be available, I ended up having to pay more money in gas. I was told to bring the rental back with a full tank of gas. Other than that, Michael was great and professional. They got the job done.

The problem wasn’t with Michael Guillory, it was the fact that I made an 11 o’clock appointment weeks ago for today And since I live two hours away, I had to stay and wait for it to be serviced and when I went to check at 12:30 To see what was taking so long I was told it hadn’t even made it to the service guy yet. I didn’t leave the dealership until 1:15!
