The staff was very pleasant but I felt that taking a little over 2 hours to fix a tire is a little long especially since the tire was already removed and the spare was in place. It is also very inconvenient not to have the shuttle anymore.

It's not all that important but the driver seat was out of my adjustment other than that I'm satisfied with your service. Thank you Ps. Not ever one uses the same seat on positioning.

I have had excellent experiences with Toyota time after time whenever I deal with anyone who works there! I however was displeased this time due to the fact that I brought my vehicle in for regular service(oil change, tire rotation) last Monday 5/19 and I was reminded that I have a recall on my passenger air bag sensor! I told them that they could go ahead and fix it as long as it wasn’t going to take too long because I had to go to work! I was informed after they finished that it that they picked up my seat and looked at the parts but it was going to take longer so they waited! Which was fine I rescheduled my appointment with my service advisor at that time for Monday 5/26! I went in for my appointment Monday with the idea that they were going to fix my recall so I dropped my car off at 8 am for my appointment time and informed them that I had to leave and would be back to pick it up later that day! It was 2 hours before I got a message that my car was ready and then when I got there to pick it up I was finally informed that nothing had been done to my car and they didn’t have the parts for the recall so they would have to order them and reschedule my appointment again! I was just upset by the fact that nobody informed me that they didn’t have the parts or put an effort into informing of this until I picked my car up but it still took the 2 hours before telling me my car was ready!

I sat there today in your waiting area observing all that was going on. Sales,service, all the different areas in your dealership. I live in the Beaumont area with 3 different Toyota dealerships a lot closer than yours. Bought many cars, and trucks since 1993 at these places.But NONE compare to what I witnessed while waiting. I purchased my car back when supplies were short. You had what I wanted is how I ended up purchasing here. Your dealership should be a model for all. In the area I live none compare. Boring, bare , plain dealerships. Slow service none of the customer service aspects you have. The tech support young lady when I purchased my car was just as helpful as the salesman and finance guy. I appreciated her help greatly. Not one in our area has this service. Kuddos to you guys. Keep up the good work. Worth the drive for anything Toyota I will need from now on. Thank you to the management of LAke CharlesToyota.
