I have made five different appointments to get my free oil change. Today was the fifth appointment. Even though I made an appointment. I was there for 2 1/2 hours waiting for my vehicle. The first two times I made appointments to get my oil changed. I was turned away, saying that it wasn’t time for the oil change even though my car was telling me it was. The second two times I made an appointment, the wait time was never discussed with me and ended up being longer than I had planned for. Bart was amazing! He has gone to back for me last time and this time. I will be returning a request requesting Bart to be my advisor every time as long as he works there.
