While service was great as always, I really wish I didn’t feel rushed on Saturday visits. This is the only day I have to come on many weeks as I work for the school system and can’t get their till 4:30 in the afternoons.. my appointment was at 2:15 today and I arrived on time. A recall was mentioned which was then said to be “simple software updates.” I also explain the issue with my truck disconnecting from Bluetooth/carplay. He explained there was just no way to get to those things (either of them) and I would have to come back. The overall feel on Saturday visits is always that “we don’t have time” or “you’ll have to come back.” Not sure what the answer is, maybe less appointments so that all customer needs can be addressed?? Toyota is still number one and I’m not going anywhere.

Went in for what I was assuming was a warranty related replacement that I did not ask for, 5 hours later I left with the part still broken and down $350.
I did not feel like I was taken care of and like it was very inconsequential, I have been very disappointed with the service at this place lately. I don’t know what’s going on but please do better.

Stop charging labor for the air and cabin filters. You’re literally doing the work when you check them, just charge for parts and a small fee and you will get more people willing to let you change them.
