As I stated in the previous comment that no one ever contacted me on, the first time I brought it in it came out filthy. The next morning I had to bring it back to reset the maintenance light. Then the when I got home and cleaned the windshield that was just replaced I realized that what I thought was residue from replacing the windshield was actually chips in the paint that occurred during the replacement. I am shocked no one has called me about this already. I just got back from being out of State yesterday and wasn't able to bring it back for you guys to look at. I have photos taken just within about 2 hours of leaving the dealership.

Tried to charge way too much. I pulled up to my appointment and told the guy that I have no Freon and there’s a leak somewhere causing my AC to only blow hot. Left having to pay $178 for them to run a diagnostic and just confirm what I already knew. When calling and making my appointment, I was told diagnostic would be $88. Tried to charge another $632 just to run a dye through my car and “locate the leak”. These prices do not include what I would’ve had to pay for parts or labor once they would have found the leak. For a new condenser and more Freon, that alone would cost only $200 max. Meaning that at a regular mechanic shop, altogether I would’ve payed no more than $500. I am a young adult female and I feel like I was being scammed based off of that. If I would payed all of these charges and let them fully fix my car, I’m sure I would’ve been ran almost $2,000. Ridiculous. I’m not on “daddy’s money”. I’m using my graduation money to pay for this. Never returning for a single thing. The pricing and service is pitiful. This guy knew exactly what he was doing. Beating around the bush when telling me what all they would do for $632, trying to make it sound like they were doing all kinds of stuff and that’s why it cost so much, and then trying to rush me to make a decision even after I told him I’d like to make a call first. He was waiting for me in the gift shop. Had to go to the restroom for some privacy. Left me super uncomfortable and feeling taken advantage of.
