I had an 11:15 appointment for a simple oil change, only. I was checked in at 11:17 and I waited at your dealership. My car was not finished (text received) until 2:34. When my husband called (2:28) wanting to know why I wasn't home. I told my husband I was still waiting and it was ridiculous to wait 3 hours for an oil change. A toyota employee (man) walked up to me and told me he over heard my conversation and said he would check on my car. Before he could make it back to talk to me, I received the text it was ready. When I got in my car it was extremely hot, I wonder how long it sat outside finished, before I was notified it was ready. Had the employee not walked up to me and checked on it for me, I wonder how much longer the appointment would taken.

So we asked for our car without any service to it. We made another appointment hopefully this will be a better experience
