No because I do not think that was fair because I bought that car and y'all said that the car was underneath a warranty so that mean if the car was going to need the warranty the battery was also that is not my fault that that battery was put in there by another owner I went down the street and yeah I knew that was leaking all over the battery and y'all let me take that car like that and I could have killed myself nothing told me nothing about the leak car was about to blow up

Angela was amazing! Very nice, greeted my wife and I, and showed us where our car was to look at it before paying (rim repair). I don’t catch her name, but the lady outside wasn’t so nice. No greeting, very abrupt with her questions, just overall rude! For someone that works with the public on a daily basis, we expected at least a little bit nicer attitude. When we made a remark about her to another service advisor, he said “oh yea, that’s normal”. Really? If you service advisors know how she is, why is she still in that position??
