I was scheduled for an oil change at 1115. I did not get my vehicle until 145pm (2.5hours later). In addition to having to change my schedule for the day, I had to cancel my 1pm appt for my other vehicle due to the delay, which now can’t be seen until next week sometime. Even though the typical hour for an oil change is a little much, I understand due to the volume you serve; however, 2.5 hours is excessive. To make me completely satisfied is not difficult, it’s just to provide the service at the time scheduled as not conflict with my work and other day-to-day.

I made an appointment for 11:30. I had planned to wait on my vehicle. When I got there, I was told that they were running a hour behind due to people coming in with vehicles without an appointment. Which i think is ridiculous, because I brought my vehicle one time and was turned down because I did not have an appointment. It took 4 hours before my vehicle was done. If someone brought there vehicle without an appointment then they should have been placed after all the ones that had appointments.

This was the first time that I've used LC Toyota for an oil change. I am SO impressed at the entire staff as a whole! From the time I arrived for my appointment, until I left they were super busy. Everyone was working, together, with smiles on their faces. I was greeted by multiple staff members and that made me feel at ease. Of course Davon set the tone and he was awesome as well.

Our van was there for 36 days. We had to keep reaching out about updates. When I picked it u, the van had 50 additional miles on the odometer and the fuel light was on. The driver’s seat and front passenger seat had stains and grease on them. The were also grease marks on the inside of driver’s door, control panel and step. The outside of the van was coated in dirt. The pushing for updates, extended time in shop, and condition of the vehicle when received definitely did not “raise my expectations.” Clay Hebert was polite when spoken to but had to be pressed for updates. I am thankful for the repairs being complete but disappointed in the experience.
