I came in for a tire repair. After 1 hour of waiting, I was told that they were in the middle of doing recall work that I was not made aware of in advance. I appreciate that the work was done, as it needed to be. However, I did not have the extra time that it took. If I would have been afforded the option I would have preferred to schedule that work for another day.
Lack of communication was the problem.

When I got in my car, after oil change, there is now a large crack, on my windshield.
I was told a rock must have started it, then it spread during the car being raised. I ran that theory by a few people. NO ONE has bought that story, especially not my husband.

The service took to long in my opinion. I had ant appointment at 2:30 and i did not get to leave until 4. It should not take that long to do an oil change especially if I had an appointment.
