This makes the second time, I received poor service from you. The first time was for 90K service, I received a 5K service. My car then broke down and had to be towed to you for 90K service. This time we got into our unwashed car and the A/C fan was making a lot of noise and no air was being blown out of vents. We pulled back into service area. A young man removed the cabin air filter and the fan was filled with a mouse nest. He cleaned the fan out and replaced the dirty filter again instead out replacing it with a new filter. I no longer trust Toyota of Puyallup service !

Never came t notification me that car was ready (I saw car when it was brought up front), so after 10 mins I went to service desk. Then my offer discount was not applied to invoice even though I presented it when I checked in. Otherwise, work was done quickly and everyone was nice.
