Terrible experience, my advisor did not seem to know what he was doing, cost was outrageous, did not see a check list, like brakes, fluids, it was not washed. They said I did not have an issue with fuel tank. Now my miles to empty does not work, DAMN IT I WOULD LIKE A CALL FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER

First of all I purchase full set of tire now every service with tire rotation I have to pay for the service . Any tire shop if you purchase tires from them it includes rotation and flat repair free for the life of the tire.i purchase tires through Toyota.

Kennedy was fantastic and the only thing I questioned was I think they forgot to rotate my tires. Looks like the same as the front was a little more rounded on my tread than the back. Looks the same. Other than that everything was fine.
