Andrea was very kind and informative. I was however very disappointed that when I arrived my cost was $200 more than I was originally quoted and no one communicated with me beforehand to share this. I’ve been a customer for some time and have had mostly positive experiences, but in these times $200 is a lot of money.
I do not believe it’s a reflection of Andrea, being she was simply doing her job, but in the future I would hope to be contacted if the price ends being way more than initially quoted.
