Vehicle was in repair for 1 month. I received 1 text message after 2 weeks and no communication from service advisor until car was ready. I did appreciate having a loaner vehicle. Also when picking up the car tire pressure light was on and tires were low. And car was filthy. It would have been nice to have the car washed.
