Andrea Carranza was great. I appreciate how quickly my service was completed, but I now have two huge oil spots on my driveway as it looks like oil was spilled and not cleaned up or I have a leak. Now I have to get my driveway cleaned. I’m Not very happy at the moment.

I spend thousands on every warranty you had. I turned down windshield due to my private insurance covering it. I had my rear view mirror fall off most likely due to the heat/sun and glue. You tried to tell my wife windshield was not covered. Windshield implies glass and this was interior parts and a manufacturing issue (common) for you(Toyota) to not just fix it and provide service to a loyal customer who has invested above and beyond is outrageous. Your team should be ashamed of treating a customer this way all over a simple repair.
Ask yourself, was this the right thing to do? Was the cost for repair greater for your team or for us?
