I came in for a recall on my car, and I had a appointment at 11 AM. I arrived and by the time my car was done it was 3:40pm and all it was order the parts although they were very nice and respectful to me. Just wish the appointment time was a little more correct

I was told my truck would be finished first thing in the morning. I was leaving on a trip and told him I needed it by 11am. I tried contacting him all morning to get an update and it would go to voice mail. I found out he had called in sick. I wondered why they would send service costumers to an employee that was not in the office. I did receive my truck, but not until 1pm, delaying our arrival and making our early check in payment pointless.

I had an appointment for an oil change and I was told no other service was due. I when in, arrived about 1/2 hour early and was there over 5 hours and it costed over $650 because I was due for a brake and coolant flush. Not sure how I can get my time back but the last oil change I had also went over 3 hours. That cost is too much. I’m disappointed.
