I am very happy with the outcome of my latest experience. However, the communication could have been better. There were a lot of calls that weren't returned when I was checking on the status of my truck.

The second key I received doesn’t have an actual key in it - let alone a spot to attach it anywhere to a keychain. When you’re spending almost $30k on a car, I don’t think it’s too much to expect 2 keys that will actually fit on a keychain.
