I don’t know who Kennedy golden is , but my cheap new radio was installed partially. I was told by your service technician that the stereo installer technician was going to call me the next day to complete the installation but I have still not received any notification or text or call or anything. My rear view camera is wired up reversed so when I look in the camera to back up ,All my view is opposite and almost caused me to wreck , the Apple CarPlay is not hooked up and the radio installer knows this is not complete. I’m am very unsatisfied. I paid cash for my vehicle at your dealership and I even have scheduled a lift kit to be installed with Andrew in parts department. I’m hesitant now that I might get the same treatment with my scheduled lift kit as I received with the radio installation
