We had a nail in one rear tire that couldn't be fixed. You said we had to buy 2 rear tires and were going to charge us over $700. We took it to Discount Tires and they fixed the tire for FREE. I am having trouble with the Android connection and was told I needed to renew the navigation subscription when I don't have the navigation system! This is the 5th Camry we have bought. I am very disappointed in Toyota.

Chance Hembly did a great job communicating with us. Give him high ratings for Customer Satisfaction. The Toyota Service Department is charging too much for its repairs. The quality specialist quoted 35 hours to fix the leak for the timing cover. Granted the engine has to be removed, but that should only take about 17 hours. That figure is from several other auto repair mechanics. This tells me that the repair mechanics at Toyota are inexperienced and need a second person for oversight. Why would I pay close to $9000 for this service when I could go elsewhere and get my car repaired for less than half that price? Thanks, Mary Sullivan

Although your service department is great and your staff is awesome, I am disappointed with the quality control of the work being done by your PPF vender. I am continuously having to bring in my vehicle due to the constant peeling of one or more door edge protective film. I brought in my vehicle to get the front passenger door done and when I picked up my car the film was already peeling. The service advisor took photos and stated she will place a note on my account to get it redone at my next scheduled service. This has been an inconvenience since I live in Lakewood but choose to use your service department, so having to keep coming back is a bit frustrating. My recommendation is the have to work checked out before the customer picks up the vehicle.

Don’t bother calling. I’m changing locations for service to both my vehicles. The initial call I received from Nicolas felt as though he was irritated I didn’t give him authorization to proceed w a new battery purchase and when he revealed that the prior replacement was covered under warranty he couldn’t guarantee coverage because that decision was “above his pay grade.” He told me a new battery was 2-3 days away. Gave zero consideration as to whether I had another vehicle. Felt like a weak attempt at strong arming someone to make a decision I wasn’t ready to make because I didn’t have all the information needed regarding warranty coverage, etc. The info provided to me in the 2nd call had all those details and honestly those details should have been provided in the first call, from someone with customer service skills. Been going to you all for more than 10 years. That one call was all it took.
