When asked, I declined the free car wash after my servicing. However, they washed it anyhow. (Someone didn’t get the memo!) iIt was then parked in the sun, under a tree, wet. So, I had spots and pollen to clean off. No real harm done, just inconvenient. I’d suggest the work orders be read a little more carefully. Thank you

Asked 3 times to confirm car would be washed. This after numerous failures by sales team for accurate communication. Car. Of course was filthy. You don’t manufacture the cars you sell. You provide a service. And Toyota did that poorly. Across the board.

I knew that I had one more service about Toyota care, that told me the last time in January I think that I was there for my service, I called the las Tuesday 23 for the next service and by phone the lady confirmed that the service it will be Toyota care, the service was scheduled for Thursday 25 and when I shown up the counter lady told me that I have to pay the service, she said that one screen on computer says that it will be Toyota care but another screen said that January service was the last I expect that results it will better for the customer but wasn’t like that, finally I paid the service. I didn’t like that.

After I picked up my truck and brought it home I found two scratches on the left rear side. The damage is down to the metal. Whoever did this knows they caused damage but didn’t say anything. The dealership will need to fix the damage. Please contact me at ****-****-xxxx.

Hi. I was told 2 different things. I prepaid for 3 oilchanged and 2 tire rotations. My 1st of 3 was that one back when I purchased it. I called for my 30k and scheduler in service said it was going to be 279 plus tax and not included in the 5k interval oil change. She also said it would be additional air filter for cabin and engine filters. When I got there, Fred said he had to look it up but said once he found it, it was included. I asked for ti re rotation and oil change amd a wash. I got that but I checked in at 945, my car didn't leave bay till 10 and I left at 1010 and received a call at 1053. When asked how long Fred said under 2hr more like 1.5 hr and the gal said 3plus hours and I had my kids in tow, so getting carseats out and wait for ride since we thought it was gonna be half your business day, we left only to have to turn around shortly after returning home. I asked and he said no cabin filter or engine filter needed.

When I made my appointment, my boyfriend and I were in the car and the person I spoke to said 8:30 am. We wrote it down. When I arrived, I was told my appointment was for 8 am. I checked the text which did say 8 am, but we both heard 8:30 on the phone, so I think maybe the wrong time slot was booked out by mistake? Secondly, I waited 4 hours for an oil change only for someone to finally say that my car was ready. She only asked because she recognized me while looking for another customer. She was confused that I was still there. No one said my name in the lobby, people after me came and went, no one called me or left a voicemail (I had my ringer up intentionally in case.) The woman I spoke with said that they called but I showed her my phone records for both voicemail and calls and nothing from Toyota besides the call I received when the appointment was made (the last call I got was from my boyfriend at 10:30 that morning while I was waiting). I believe my car was forgotten about or a miscommunication occurred where I was not contacted after it was ready. I went to lunch for less than an hour and when I retuned, my car was parked out by the curb, which was the same spot it was in after I was finally spoken to. So I had sat there for 3 hours unnecessarily after it was finished. I also work in customer service, so I understand things happen, but this is not the first poor experience I’ve had. Ever since purchasing the vehicle, there has been an issue (car was keyed in the parking lot before I even picked it up, was told someone would reach out and no one did until I emailed about it, seat was torn and they “fixed” it by glueing it back together-I figured a brand new car would have been reupholstered, and now being forgotten about with an oil change…). Overall, I love the car, but my experience has not been the best. I recommend the car to a few customers who asked me how I liked it, but I also recommend that they maybe try a different dealership.

Very, very good customer service. The best waiting room. Concern: I arrived 5 min before scheduled appointment. Several with same routine service who checked in with appoint times same or after me …left well before me. Hang up in getting car washed? Hang up with mechanic doing my car? Not usual to be so out of turn.
