Just to be honest with what you promised. Dennis is a great employee I don't have any problem with his per FG or mace. But NEVER come to Lexus dealer for anything. Scam contract.

Your advisor was not very Thoughtful in his mannerisms of telling me about the financing and payment options with the Service of my car . Actually he embarrassed me in front of the cashier , which was not the cashier’s fault in being told ahead in how my bill was to be paid ! I I will not go to this advisor again in the future in servicing my car … I’ve been very happy going to Crown Lexus in Ontario for the past two years and will continue to do so and hoping I will not experience this unfortunate incident again .
