Service was done in a timely manner. What was done on the service was explained. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with Elijah. When we purchased the car from Crown Lexus we purchased the extended maintenance service as we were told it would cover all maintenance. When I brought the car in it was recommended to perform AC evaporator cleaning service, which I was told this was not covered under the extended service. I think that this should have been covered.
