Also when I drive up Eric greeted me and I asked him questions on how to use the buttons and program on my steering wheel. The only good part of my experience today was Mr Senne Chow. Usually I’m out in an hour this time it took two hours. Also, the car wash was absolutely terrible. I can’t believe that you guys would call that a car wash. Blotchy and still had many pollen and scuff marks.
