Service and reps Chow was awesome. Next day I have a check engine light with an evap leak because the gas cap was not installed tight. Not good at all...

I always take my car in for my oil changes because Crown Lexus always does a great service job, they not only charge my oil but does a complete check on my car, my car is a 2013 and still looks and run great ???? I have been going too Dennis for one of the service managers and he takes great care of me, I always request him. Thanks ???? for taking care of my car

Body work was fine, however I was not able to obtain any documents from Lexus regarding the body work done by AW collision because from what I was told they do not exist, which is strange. I was never told any precautions of what I should not do to my car after body work was done in regards to washing my car. I know zero of what work was actually performed on my car because I have no documents detailing any labor or paint or anything. I only have the Lexus document of signing to get my car back.

Chow was great to deal with. Very professional and showed interest in my appointment. Explained everything thoroughly. I’m very pleased.
