Brandon was great and helped me out with all my services. What I would comment on is the process to get assisted once you get there. It took a while to get helped. Similar experience when I picked up my car, there was no cashier available or in sight.

The Service writer Faustino Ruiz’s he punctual, highly professional, and diagnosed the issue within a day. What impressed me most was how clearly they explained the problem and assured me that it was all covered under warranty. The work was completed quickly, the following day.
It is rare to find this level of honesty and expertise.
The only negative is the experience with obtaining a loaner vehicle onsite. I had never asked to have full coverage ins as the is not required by law in the state of California. The requirement prevented me in the dealership allowing me to take a loaner vehicle from them. This was stressful and complicated. I had a limit on price, car availability and was charged for taxes and they said I would have to pay another day since the dealership only paid for one day. This portion of my experience is unacceptable process for a luxury dealership as Lexus. A consumer should not have to pay for faulty mechanical engineering and suffer the consequences of dealer’s rules.
