I am disappointed that I had to wait two weeks for an appointment. I understand and appreciate the convenience of the loaner vehicles that Arrowhead Volvo supplies, and I was given no loaner availability as the reason for delay. My issue was with three of my four tires, hunks of tread were randomly absent, and I had less than 20,000 miles on the vehicle. I would’ve understood if it were explained to me at the time of my phone call that Volvo doesn’t stock tires, and they need to be ordered from An outside vendor after assessing the issue. My second complaint was my spare key fob. It hasn’t worked since it went in the pool, and I was told that it could be reprogrammed during my visit. This turned out not to be the case, once water touches the fob as you know, a new fob is needed -not reprogramming. I was not made aware of the charge associated with this. Nor was I made aware that the Cost of tires was not under warranty, either Volvo warranty or the tire warranty, And that would be an out-of-pocket expense. I’m hoping the gentleman I spoke to on the phone is new to his position and in time we’ll figure out the details, it matters.
