I thank you so much for taking the extra steps to insure that my vehicle is working correctly. It's sad to say but my purchase experience from Carvana and the extended warranty company has been the worst experience I've ever have had. I only had the car for 3 almost 4 months however I haven't even been able to experience the Volvo XC90 the way I should have expect for the two loaner vehicles that Antonio has provided me with. The Service Manager John confirmed the replacement tires would be the same tires on the vehicle. They are not the same and need to be replaced to what was agreed upon. John didn’t have the decency and professionalism to tell me he didn’t use the same tires on the vehicle. I am upset with this situation and this dealership. No one ever returned my calls throughout this mess. The Service Dept informed me the tires needed replacing after they replaced the battery after have the car for only a week. I bought the car with Pirelli tires and should be replaced with the same tires or told they would be different tires. Why wasn’t I told?
