Ali has ways been great. I've gotten all my service through her and she's always helpful. Unfortunately the XC90 I purchased from arrowhead Volvo is a lemon. Every 3-5 months I'm going in and it's costing me $3000 to fix something new. It's quite frustrating. Not that you care cuz it's just more money for the company while it bleeds me dry. I shoulda kept my v90. Now I'll probably never buy another Volvo.

This was my first experience with the service department at Arrowhead Volvo and I was pleased. I originally purchased my 2022 C40 through Volvo's online purchase process and designated the cross-town competitor -- Courtesy Volvo -- as the delivery dealer. I had no prior experience with Courtesy and chose them only because their location was closer. Unfortunately, virtually every experience I had with that dealership -- including sales, purchase and service -- left me feeling ignored, abused, deceived, disappointed, frustrated and/or angry. So I decided this time I would try Arrowhead Volvo even though it is a somewhat longer drive for me to get there. But it was a drive worth making because my experience with this shop was much more closely aligned with my expectations after having driven BMW's since college. Arrowhead Volvo clearly understands good customer service in a way that Courtesy Volvo does not and as a result my shaken confidence in the Volvo brand now has been restored.
