I was told my key fob would be fixed and today they tell me it would need to be replaced for about $600.00. Other than that I don’t think anyone can top your service. Your customer care is outstanding !!

Jake always does a wonderful job explaining what is wrong with my car and the cost of fixing. The staff in the service department are very friendly and helpful. While I was in the waiting room several staff periodically asked if I needed something to drink, that was very thoughtful.

Extremely disappointed about my experience this time. I left my car on Saturday for a noise that happened when pushing the brakes (second time because the first time they didn’t find anything and said it was ok, but it kept making the noise). Time passed by and I decided to go to the dealer to check on my car because I hadn’t received any updates. When I arrived, I was told that the service department was closed and that they didn’t have the keys to my car and had to call Monday to get my car. I was extremely disappointed because I remember a previous time, I had to arrive after Service closing hours and my advisor left my keys with the sales team. Then Monday comes and I call in the morning and I was told that my car was done but that Ali was going to call me and she didn’t. I received a text message saying that my car was ready and I said I was going to pick it up after work and asked about the updates and I received a response saying that there was a break build up which was causing the noise. Then I called a second time to ask if my keys were able to be left with the sales team this time because I wasn’t going to get out of work on time before Service closed, and the person who took the call told me that she was going to make a note of that because that is what is always done, and that she was also going to have Ali call me. She didn’t call me again. I arrived around 6:15 pm to pick up my keys, and once again I was left without my car! Second day on a row without a car to go to work and having to ask for rides. Totally unacceptable!
