No issues with the service advisor, he is pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, I thought the service took too long (3 hours) considering what was performed and the price. I’m not sure I will be brining my vehicle back to this location.

After all of the testing that was done in July, the prescribed software reboot turned out to not be the solution to remove the "low battery" warning light, since the warning reappeared the very next time I drove the car and many times afterwards. The thorough testing was repeated again after bringing the car back in October for the same problem. This time the diagnosis was that the low battery warning will come on whenever the car is not driven long enough or often enough to charge the battery. Please refund the amount we paid to unnecessarily update the software program.
