Why do you offer a service that is not dependable. I asked that my vehicle be picked up for service and than delivered when the service was done. Well there were no drivers until three days later??? Not using that service anymore. I have lost faith in your dealership. On my first visit to the service department they left the oil cap off and now this. Not happy.

Frustrated that I left my car for 26+ hours just to change a battery for the stop start function, which doesn’t seem to work properly even now. Also the on-call battery needed replaced… Again…! And in 26 hours my car did not get washed, the interior did not get vacuumed and tires did not get wiped down as stated in my paperwork.
