My dissatisfaction has nothing to do with Aly. My car went in and was supposed to be out that same day. 24 hours later I was still waiting for my car. She did what she could for me but the service department evidently was not able to handle the work load. Also when I finally got my car instead of it looking beautiful it was covered in white water marks. Not exactly professional service.

My only suggestion would be that service rep ask about any promotions or coupons that the customer may have before they ring up the payment. I keep my coupons in my car but sometimes forget about them until it's too late.

Jake always does a wonderful job explaining what is wrong with my car and the cost of fixing. The staff in the service department are very friendly and helpful. While I was in the waiting room several staff periodically asked if I needed something to drink, that was very thoughtful.
