Extremely disappointed about my experience this time. I left my car on Saturday for a noise that happened when pushing the brakes (second time because the first time they didn’t find anything and said it was ok, but it kept making the noise). Time passed by and I decided to go to the dealer to check on my car because I hadn’t received any updates. When I arrived, I was told that the service department was closed and that they didn’t have the keys to my car and had to call Monday to get my car. I was extremely disappointed because I remember a previous time, I had to arrive after Service closing hours and my advisor left my keys with the sales team. Then Monday comes and I call in the morning and I was told that my car was done but that Ali was going to call me and she didn’t. I received a text message saying that my car was ready and I said I was going to pick it up after work and asked about the updates and I received a response saying that there was a break build up which was causing the noise. Then I called a second time to ask if my keys were able to be left with the sales team this time because I wasn’t going to get out of work on time before Service closed, and the person who took the call told me that she was going to make a note of that because that is what is always done, and that she was also going to have Ali call me. She didn’t call me again. I arrived around 6:15 pm to pick up my keys, and once again I was left without my car! Second day on a row without a car to go to work and having to ask for rides. Totally unacceptable!

Promptly greeted. Reasonable time for service. Could have used some intermediate communication between check-in and check-out.

Ali was great. But it’s annoying an oil change & whatever else took three and a half hours. Everyone waiting always seems to feel the same. Just waiting around endlessly for services that should be relatively quick, that end up taking hours. I appreciate the mechanics of course, but maybe staff more so things can be more efficient.
