Disappointed in the level of communication and the fact that my car did not get washed and vacuumed. Was told to stop by at another time to get it cleaned. That’s not really convenient or customer service friendly. Thanks for listening.

Someone scratched my hood and wash was very sloppy. It looked like they grabbed a used wet towel to dry my car with. Over a week ago I emailed photos of the scratch to Jean-Pierre to let him know about it and that I would fix it myself. He never replied.
