The main issue is communication. I had a 9 a.m. appointment. At 2 I called and asked what was going on with my car. Said it was just pulled in. I said a 9 am slot and you are just now looking at car? Yes. Waiters get preference. Good to know for future. Needed new tires. I asked when it would be done next day. Probably noon. Got a call at 3 it was done. Had yo get kid from school. I could not get an
Uber because of time of day. Better communication would be appreciated. Our old dealer we got notified of all the steps. We just moved and are not familiar with how things work. Did not realize if I waited car would get in quicker. Good thing we could be without car longer than a day this time. Why make an appointment if you do not get it in at time. I busted yo get there at 9.

Right upper engine torque mount was broken, but it was identified and was brought to my notice only when I went to pick up at 2.30 (My service appointment was at 8AM). Now I need to take the car again to service to get it fixed. I was told it's not a big deal to drive it like that, hope it's that way till I get it fixed next week.

I had an 8:00 am appointment and was there on time. Antonio checked me in and said it would take 1-2 hours. I went to the lounge to wait. The problem was the map portion kept giving me the message looking for gps and I couldn't get information because the car can't go online. A little over an hour later Antonio told me the car was ready and washed as well. Driving home which is over 20 miles the map portion started doing the same thing as before. I called Antonio and told him I couldn't return I had thing I had to do. I will try again Monday 10/21 to make a new appointment.
